R.I.P. Booda

Laila tore off Booda's feet and started to empty out his stuffing, so we had to take him away from Laila. This brings new meaning to the phrase "loved to death." I'll try and post a picture of poor Booda later this week.

(by the way, Booda is a stuffed hedgehog)

Weekend Adventures...

Jeff, Renee, and Laila had a busy weekend. We went to Fort McHenry, Oregon Ridge Park, and Riverside Park. At Oregon Ridge Park, Laila tried her luck at swimming, but wasn't too impressed with the cold water. We'll have to bring some of Laila's friends next time.

Ball in the house

I know all of us were raised to think that throwing a ball in the house is wrong, but playing ball inside with Laila has been a lifesaver on those cold, windy days when no one in their right mind would leave the house.
